  15. Any winnings that were earned as a result of either system malfunction, or game error will be void.

  17. If you have any dispute regarding the outcome of any casino game, you must submit your complaint to the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the game.

  25. In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by the Casino are final. Should a Player wish to submit a complaint, they may use Central Dispute System (CDS). CDS is a 3rd party dispute system established by RTG to settle player disputes.
  26. In the event where the Casino considers a Player to be a professional, the Casino reserves the right to block the account from using our promotions. Furthermore, the Casino reserves the right to void any, and all winnings.
  27. Regarding all financial account transactions, the Player agrees that the Casino or a payment processing company on the Casino's behalf will handle all requests ("Payment Service Provider"). Casino Rules

No Deposit Bonuses (Welcome Bonuses, Free Chips, Free Spins)

Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. No deposit bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 30 times for Pokies, Keno, Scratch Cards and Bingo and 60 times, when available, for All Allowed Table Games and Video Poker

General Terms Applicable to all Bonuses and Standard Wagering Requirements

  1. The Casino reserves the right to cancel or refuse any promotional offer at any time.
  2. The Player's account balance must be ($)5 or less in order to claim any promotional offer.
  3. In the cases where a promotion or a free bonus is open for use on different games, the highest wagering requirement (out of all the games that were played), will be applied in order to meet the wagering requirements.

  24. Comp Points Terms

  1. Comp points are accrued while playing certain games at the Casino.
  2. You may not accrue Comp Points while using a no deposit bonus or playing games using previously redeemed Comp Points.
  3. 100 Comp Points have a value of $1.00, 1 comp point = 1 cent.
  4. The minimum number of comp points that you may redeem is 1000 ($10) and the maximum you may redeem daily is 20,000 ($200).
  5. Comp points may be redeemed only one time per day.
  6. To be eligible to redeem your comp points, your playable balance must be less than $5, there can not be any pending withdrawals and no active coupons in play.

Weekly Cashback

  1. Weekly cash back is automatically credited on or before Tuesday 00.01 AWST (UTC +8) for all eligible accounts with no pending withdrawals, no approved withdrawals over previous 7 days and a balance less than $5.
  2. Weekly cash back will not be manually reviewed or manually credited until after the time per #1 has passed.
  3. Weekly cash back is calculated on all deposits (minimum $50) made over the previous 7 days, Monday - Sunday.
  4. Weekly cash back comes with 30 times wagering for Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards, Bingo and 60 times wagering for Table Games and Video Poker.

  6. Unless specifically stated otherwise, weekly cash back comes with 2 times maximum allowed withdrawal (minimum $100).
  7. If a deposit is made on top of weekly cash back this is considered mixing funds and the rules of weekly insurance apply; if you want funds removed, contact us immediately for adjustment before playing.
  8. If you were entitled to weekly cash back but it was not credited, you must contact us before the end of the week (Friday) and request manual credit; failure to do so is considered forfeiture and weekly cash back will not be credited retroactively thereafter.

Free Roll Tournaments

  1. Free Roll Tournaments are Tournaments which do not require that players pay a registration fee.
  2. Prizes won in a Free Roll Tournament are added to cash balances and may be withdrawn from the casino subject to 1X PT and 1X MCO requirement.
  3. Any winnings from Free Roll Slot Tournaments may be used to play in real money casino games. These winnings are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $100 and a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000.
  4. Players must have at least 1 deposit between multiple free roll tournaments to be eligible to withdraw.

 

Review of Withdrawal Requests

  1. All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
  2. Withdrawal requests will not be reviewed in the absence of payment details or documents. The casino strongly suggests account verification (documents) and approved payment details be on file before making a withdrawal request.
  3. In the absence of finalizing required identification or payment details within three business days of requesting a withdrawal, all withdrawals will be denied. It is the player’s responsibility to work closely with our Documents and Payments Department to expedite this step. Any delays experienced does not constitute an extension on payout time frames.
  4. VIP4 and VIP5 players may request up to $10,000 (in increments of $2500) per rolling seven day calendar period. All requests will be reviewed within five business days of the requested date.
  5. All other players may request up to $5,000 (in increments of $2500) per rolling seven day calendar period. All requests will be reviewed within five business days of the requested date.
  6. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.
  7. Upon requesting a withdrawal, a verification deposit maybe required, if the customer doesn't have a prior deposit.

Payments

  1. All payment methods are subject to review and the casino reserves the right to reject non viable payment methods due to third party limitations. In the case a payment method is rejected, an alternative method will be offered.
  2. Approved amounts will be processed within three business days of approval.

Processing Fees and Limitations

  1. All withdrawals have a processing fee of up to ($)40, depending on the payment processor and/or withdrawal amount.
  2. Due to 3rd party processing limitations or policies, the withdrawal amount paid or processed to players on a weekly or monthly basis may vary.
  3. When requesting multiple withdrawals, the Casino reserves the right to combine total withdrawals requested into as few requests as possible to make payments faster, and up to the maximum allowed amount to be paid per week.
  4. Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.
